In March, our CEO, Diego Sayanes, and Commercial Manager, Sebastián Narancio, were working at our RUA Paraguay offices alongside the local team.
Our operations in Paraguay continue to grow, welcoming new clients and collaborators. Below, we share some insights from Sebastián Narancio.
RUA Paraguay
In 2020, amid the pandemic, we made our entry into Paraguay with a value proposition different from what the local market was accustomed to.
Convinced that we could contribute with our services to benefit local corporate clients, we set out to create our own office with a 24/7 Operations Center and an entirely Paraguayan workforce.
From there, we began building an extensive network of providers, comprising over 300 top-quality service providers available nationwide. This network is growing rapidly and offers the broadest coverage, including vehicle assistance, international travel assistance, home services, and a comprehensive range of health services, guaranteed even in the most remote areas of the country, legal assistance, and more.
Finally, a little over a year ago, we began marketing our services, and the results have been remarkable.
Today, we have clients in the Insurance, Financial, and Healthcare segments, providing vehicle assistance, international travel assistance, home services, and an extensive package of healthcare services that complement our clients’ service offerings. In the coming weeks, we will be adding new clients to our portfolio in the Financial and Insurance segment.
Some of the clients who already trust RUA Paraguay include Alfa, Financiera Solar, Samap, CheDuo – Carsa, and Oima Créditos.
