In 2020, we established our presence in the Guaraní nation, convinced of its great potential to contribute with our services to benefit local clients and their users. From the offices at the World Trade Center in Asunción, we are currently developing our comprehensive value proposition.
We spoke with Pablo Puyol, Country Manager of Grupo RUA in Paraguay, about the milestones of these initial months of operation.
“With a strong commitment, we navigated through the end of 2020 and the beginning of 2021 with RUA Asistencia, achieving a successful phase of awareness among major insurance companies, financial institutions, cooperatives, and retail organizations with the introduction of innovative services and technology. This has allowed us to move forward in contractual phases for various offerings in our portfolio. Likewise, ServiciosYa! is advancing in negotiations for its first B2B contract in the region with a large chain of home appliances and household goods,” says Pablo.
Developing an Ecosystem
