A Look from Our Commercial Department

Without a doubt, our main source of motivation and challenge is to surpass ourselves every year. Developing value-added products and services for our clients, listening to their needs, and identifying new market opportunities allow us to remain Uruguay’s leading Assistance Company.

This past year, we achieved a 40% growth in our sales compared to 2018. We were able to secure new commercial agreements and design new products that enabled our clients to enhance and expand their portfolios. In this way, we not only contribute to greater loyalty but also generate additional economic income. NATIVA CABAL, FASTCRED, FUCEREP, WENANCE, FARMACIA SAN ROQUE, and PASSCARD are some of our key clients.

We developed and drove four new lines of business into the market, which are part of the group: Servicios YA, a platform for requesting services through an APP; My Global Assist, an International Travel Assistance Company; Coopera, a co-working space where we incubate high-impact entrepreneurial projects for society; and MashKady, the Discounts and Benefits platform that provides access to over 300 businesses.

But what makes us proudest is that, once again this year, we can say that we continue to strive to be closer to people at the key moments in their lives.

We are there for any vehicle needs, when you require assistance or support due to a health issue, when you have a technical problem or need a repair at your home, or simply when you decide to enjoy a trip. All of this, we have achieved with a satisfaction rate of 99%, which motivates and commits us to continue our mission: improving the quality of life for people.

For the year 2020, we are taking on the same challenge of continuous improvement, but we are doubling down with new projects for the internationalization of RUA Asistencia in Latin America and Servicios Ya! in the United Kingdom.
