GROUP RUA WAS FOUNDED IN 2011 AS RUA ASISTENCIA, WHAT HAS BEEN THE JOURNEY OF GROWTH FROM THE COMPANY TO THE GROUP IT IS TODAY?

RUA Asistencia, a company that started with vehicle assistance services, shifted its focus to include assistance and a call center in 2010. In 2019, it will have a building of almost 1,000 square meters, which will include a CoWork space, 8 meeting rooms, and more than 10 offices.

“The new building allows us to go from 300 square meters, which we had in the previous headquarters, to 1,000 square meters. We will have 8 meeting rooms, including a CoWork space that will have a different name but will be part of the RUA group, and we will have more than 10 offices and common areas,” explained Diego Sayanes, Director of RUA Asistencia.

“The investment will be around $250,000, and it aligns with the fact that the company has been growing by about 30% in 2018, adding new clients and staff. Last year, we had an average addition of six people per month,” he added.

The move is accompanied by a change in the environment and image for its employees. “Uruguayan graffiti artist Galino decorated the offices, and the Contract company designed the entire building, including walls, glass, and more,” Sayanes explained.

“The company aims more and more to provide technological solutions, and this goes hand in hand with a transformation of technological services and solutions,” he added.

With employees averaging 23 or 24 years old, the goal is to encourage them to continue their studies and work in a working environment that motivates them to attend. “They don’t see it as work because they have a great time. They do activities outside of here, so we saw the need for a playroom where they can have their meeting moments; this will be on the ground floor,” said Tatiana Larrosa, Manager of Administration and Finance at RUA Asistencia.

“The company has transitioned from being a service provider to becoming a strategic business partner for our clients, incorporating higher-quality services and growing alongside RUA,” concluded Sayanes.
