RUA Asistencia, a company that provides services to major insurance and financial companies, is relocating to its new facilities, which include technology projects and a coworking space. The design of the new offices was led by the company Contract, with support from Uruguayan graffiti artist Gallino for the decoration.
“This is a significant investment we are making to continue growing and providing high-quality services. Currently, the company covers around 600,000 people, offering more than 20 different services. With this change, we aim to consolidate the company’s transformation, delivering more and more technological solutions to our clients,” explained Diego Sayanes, CEO and Co-founder of the company.
“We currently have 100 people working directly for RUA, and one of the floors will be entirely dedicated to the recreational space for employees, including a cafeteria, relaxation areas, among other offerings focused on promoting the well-being of the team,” said Grecia Tardaguila, HR Manager of the company.
“We will also have a coworking space, through which we aim to attract talent and startups seeking support. We haven’t fully defined the business model yet, but we are evaluating the possibility of opening the doors of the space, providing space and support at no cost to projects that can, in one way or another, contribute to strengthening the company. We are focused on constantly developing new solutions and services for our clients. The goal is to stay at the forefront of the sector, as a benchmark for quality and innovation,” added Diego Sayanes.
RUA Asistencia has nearly 1,000 providers distributed throughout the country. They manage over 100,000 services annually, 24/7, 365 days a year, within and outside Uruguay for various financial corporations, insurers, health and safety companies, among others.
For the first half of this year, the company is preparing to launch some projects that promise to shake up the market due to their innovation and disruptive technology.
